August 15th - Mallow's Bay

I went to Mallow's Bay with a couple of friends.
It's the largest ship graveyard in the western hemisphere
What a neat place it was to paddle too.
It was high tide while there, so many of the ships just had 'bits' sticking out or were
just inches below the surface. See the eagle in the tree?

What a neat place and well worth the trip down, so glad I was able to go.
Rain, rumblings of thunder and 3 rain drenched paddlers and we called it day.

August 14th - Smallwood State Park

Paddling the Mattawomen Creek
Teeny tiny, but there are 2 eagles in those trees
The reflections were great!

August 13th - A Bike Ride

We drove 2.5 hrs to some old abandoned Turnpike tunnels.
They were abandoned in 1968. They're dark and damp inside. This one is a mile and half long
They're full of graffiti. This is just at one of the entrances
More graffiti
Heading towards the exit.
At the exit and yes, it's raining outside
Playing with camera settings in the dark
Ooops and Thanks Jeff
My bike and WHAT a FUN day!!
