I liked the look of one big mess of twigs with a bright red blob in the middle! :)  This was taken
yesterday before the heavens opened dumping a few white flakes on us, 18"s and counting!
Four to eight inches more tonight! 

Day #43 - A Walk On The Bridge

A walk on the Ben Franklin Bridge at the right time will give you a view like this! This was
only the beginning, the sunset that night was a sunset to remember that's for sure!!!

Day #42 - Tug Boat On The Delaware

Tugboat on the Delaware - This was take just before I realized I'd left my 300mm lens IN TINICUM 

just a mere 3 hours prior!!! Oh yes I did! Luckily it's winter and where we were was pretty deserted. 

How lucky was I? VERY cause after driving all the way back to Tinicum we found my lens 

right where I'd carefully put it down! Oh Yeah, lesson learned!!

Day #40 - Warm and Cozy

I think I'd like to live here. It looks so warm and inviting on this dreary day.
I came across it about a mile from home. It looks so cozy too.
Oh and the big bear of a dog they have, I want him too! :)

Day #39 - A Song & Dance

A Song & Dance
As Doug, the carillon at Valley Forge Chapel, played the bells this morning, this turkey vulture 
did a dance for us.He had his wings spread doing this little dance for a good 20 minutes or more. 
Vultures are ugly, but beautiful at the same time.

Day #38 - I'm Slipping!

 I'm a day late, I'm slipping! Blame it on the ice! :)

These were taken yesterday, days AFTER the ice storm.
I am still in awe of the amount of ice and the beauty of it despite the ground looking like a war zone.

This was my drive into work about 10:45 yesterday morning. The trees were STILL covered
with ice. It was an amazing sight. I know, I know, I shouldn't be taking pics while driving!!
My hand never left the steering wheel nor did my eyes leave the road. I held the camera
with my other hand and using autofocus, I shot randomly out
the window hoping I'd get a decent pic. Not bad considering aye? :)

I looked out the window this morning and saw a bunch of birds in my neighbor's tree

Holy Crap, I bet there were 40 to 50 robins in that tree.

Pretty impressive sight that, sadly, I just couldn't quite capture
