Sea Isle has a protected nesting area near the bridge that crosses the bay into Avalon. If I hand held my camera while there, the birds were fine. If I put it on a tripod they went crazy and flew at me 4-6 at a time. These are hand held and taken from a distance, so not to disturb the birds and also not the crispest. Here's a Black Skimmer Mama encouraging her little chick. Fascinating to sit and watch.
